Symposium Report on Workplace Bullying

Several national scholars hosted a two-day symposium led by Leah P. Hollis to reflect on workplace bullying in American higher education. The topics included threats to science, legal issues, racism/sexism, and the cost.

Additionally, Dr. Hollis conducted a cost analysis of workplace bullying across the Pennsylvania System of Higher Education (PASSHE). The cost analysis is an exemplar of how workplace bullying is a wasteful practice that not only destroys people but also sustains an expensive series of behaviors.  Feel free to click here to download this open-access report.

Thank you to all the scholars who lent their expertise to this project.
