Dr. Leah P. Hollis provides expert witness and evaluation services for those enduring workplace bullying and/or discrimination. The evaluation may include one or two interviews with the target (person claiming bullying). Also, Dr. Hollis evaluates the organizational chart, organizational policies, and any communications (such as email, voice mail etc.) that inform the case. The evaluation will include a detailed report of findings, which are informed by Dr. Hollis’ empirical research on workplace bullying and discrimination. All communication is kept confidential.
Hollis has served as an expert witness in pre-litigation inquiries and federal court. Her expertise led her to her admission as an expert in the 9th district circuit court in Marshall v. State.
