Our custom trainings and educational services develop and maintain a healthy work environment for leadership and employees through policy review, keynote speeches, coaching, small group workshops assessments, and large group programs.

Working remotely and virtually, Patricia Berkly staff maintain computers, and office supplies, with access to research databases to create programs and lectures. Patricia Berkly LLC maintains a virtual meeting space for custom/remote training. Otherwise, workshops, programs, and lectures are delivered on the client’s premises.
EXPERTISE:
Dr. Leah P. Hollis, President of Patricia Berkly LLC, has an earned doctorate from Boston University. She serves as a researcher, trainer, writer, and keynote speaker, workshop leader. She is the author of six books dealing with workplace harassment, workplace bullying, and the creation of a healthy workplace. Her research includes analyzing structural and policy issues that inhibit a healthy workplace for all employees. Dr. Hollis’s data-driven perspective has supported our expert witness services.
Our staff includes human resources professionals, educators, researchers, and psychologists who work on a contract basis when needed. We consult with students, staff, faculty, and executives/leaders to reflect on the structural problems which may adversely affect employee morale and motivation. Our work has been contracted by the government sector, higher education, and the private sector.
